Description The revolutionary design of the HT-TOUCH EVO, the first thumb-operated driver acceleration system, takes advantage of the high sensitivity of the finger on which it is applied – the Thumb Accelerator. The pressure applied to the lever of the device against the steering wheel or index finger ensures gradual acceleration in any driving condition. THUMB ACCELERATOR FOR INDEPENDENT DRIVING Pressing a button, HT-TOUCH EVO switches on the electronic part of the device after ignition. The latter has been designed to interface with the electronic control units of different vehicles without altering any functional characteristics, e.g. Cruise Control or Kick Down. To better manage the Touch during the learning stage and in the most complex driving situations, the Parking function can activate with the help of a switch to reduce acceleration by about 50%. When the device is not in use or the vehicle is used by a driver with no mobility restrictions, the thumb accelerator can be disabled by simply removing the connector from the junction box. HT-TOUCH EVO was patented due to its innovative, functional, and technical features, making it an even more unique and exclusive product.
