Description The cabinet is fully constructed from pickled and electrogalvanized steel, with a thickness of 10/10 mm, and coated with an epoxy acid-resistant finish. It passes through a thermal tunnel at 200°C, and the coating thickness ranges from a minimum of 60μm to a maximum of 250μm, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 procedures. The palletized base is certified and features a new design that simplifies transportation, complete with a removable cover. The external construction is monolithic and fully sealed, using a new building method with both internal and external double cases. The unit includes three adjustable shelves made of electrogalvanized steel, coated with epoxy acid-resistant powders. The AB1100 model is equipped with separate compartments, one for storing acids, which has shelves made of acid-resistant painted steel, and another for bases, which has shelves made of stainless steel. The shelves are tray-shaped to collect any liquid spillage or breakages. These shelves are removable and adjustable, with a safety lock to prevent accidental falls, mounted on a rack. Each shelf has a collection capacity of approximately 7 liters. The watertight sump is made of electrogalvanized steel and coated with epoxy anti-acid powders for added protection.
